With over two decades of experience in footwear craftsmanship and
clinical care, Victoria brings a unique and well-rounded perspective to
podiatry. After 20 years working as a skilled shoemaker across both
high-end fashion and orthopaedic footwear, Victoria transitioned into
podiatry and has been practicing at Performance Podiatry since March
2025.
Prior to becoming a podiatrist, Victoria specialised in designing and creating custom footwear and orthoses alongside a pedorthist, developing
a deep understanding of foot structure, function, and the vital role that well-designed footwear plays in overall foot health. This strong foundation continues to inform their clinical approach, particularly in biomechanics, footwear assessment, wound care, and minor nail surgery.
Victoria is also certified in shockwave therapy, providing effective treatment for a range of musculoskeletal conditions, and holds certification in 1064 laser therapy for the treatment of nail mycosis (fungal infections).
Victoria is passionate about helping patients move comfortably and confidently, combining hands-on craftsmanship with evidence-based podiatric care to deliver tailored, patient-centred treatment solutions.
Outside of the clinic, Victoria leads an active lifestyle and enjoys
hiking, swimming, and kayaking. As a busy soccer mum, they understand
the importance of keeping families active, healthy, and pain-free—while
still making time to pursue a lifelong passion for shoemaking.
